At the Lucy Love Aesthetic Shop, every order is made especially for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item or Missing Order
If the wrong product was shipped or your order did not arrive, please email us at hey@lucysprintshop.com. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Orders are sent to production very quickly. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if we cannot provide a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item.
