SHOP: WHAT IS COLLECTED AND STORED?

• Products you’ve seen: we’ll use this to, for example, show products you’ve recently viewed;

How long we retain your data

For users who register on the site, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (they just cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

If you buy something from our store, we will keep the order invoice and associated order information indefinitely. We are required to maintain this information indefinitely in order to keep a record of the appropriate design licensees, as we grant perpetual use licenses. We use this information to also verify compliance with the license terms from time to time.

What rights do you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including all the data you have provided to us. You can also request that you delete any personal data we have about you. This does not include any data that we are required to maintain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
